Born on January 6, 1978, in India, Mr. Maqsood grew up in a family where he took on responsibilities from a young age. With the unwavering support of his uncles, he balanced his education while working to support his family, nurturing a drive to succeed that would propel him throughout his life.
Mr. Maqsood’s professional journey began humbly as a trainee. However, his passion for IT led him to roles as an education consultant and later as a hardware engineer. Despite numerous rejections, his resolve remained unshaken. He pursued industry certifications with determination, carving a niche for himself in the competitive IT sector.
Entrepreneurial Journey
Service in the UAE Navy
In 2000, Mr. Maqsood moved to the UAE, where he joined the UAE Navy as an IT systems engineer. For four years, he served with dedication, gaining valuable experience and skills. However, his entrepreneurial spirit yearned for new challenges and opportunities.

Transition to Dubai Municipality
In 2005, he transitioned to the Dubai Municipality as a network engineer, marking another significant step in his career. This role allowed him to deepen his expertise and prepare for future entrepreneurial endeavors.

Launching AFM Properties
In 2022, sparked a new chapter in Mr. Maqsood’s journey. He founded AFM Properties with a vision that went beyond selling homes; he aimed to make dreams a reality. Together with his brother Mr. Ameer and close friends Mr. Zakir, Mr. Eran, and Mr. Osama, they ventured into diverse sectors including alternative energy with Geo Power, digital marketing with Digistromer, and media production with Media Stream.

Introduction of MNGTS
Driven by an insatiable hunger for innovation, Mr. Maqsood launched his own cryptocurrency, MNGTS, in 2022. This venture marked his entry into the dynamic realm of digital currencies, showcasing his ability to adapt and innovate in rapidly evolving markets.
