Introduction

A journey built on resilience

Maqsood Muhammed grew up in India, where responsibility came early. He started out as a trainee, became an IT systems engineer with the UAE Navy and a network engineer with Dubai Municipality — and in 2022 founded AFM Properties in Dubai.

Today he leads AFM Holding as Founder and Chairman: ten businesses across real estate, construction, energy, media, digital marketing, retail and technology, and a team of more than 300.
