This policy explains what personal information maqsood-afm.com collects, why, and the choices you have. In short: we only collect what you choose to send us, and we use it only to reply to you.
Who we are
maqsood-afm.com is the personal website of Maqsood Muhammed, Founder & Chairman of AFM Holding, based in Business Bay, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. For any question about this policy or your information, email info@maqsood-afm.com.
What we collect
When you send a message through the contact form, we collect the details you enter:
- your first and last name (only the first name is required)
- your email address
- the subject and text of your message
With each message, the form also records the page it was sent from and basic technical details — your browser and device type — which help us spot spam. We do not record your IP address with form messages. If you email us directly, we receive whatever your email contains.
Like most websites, our web host keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses, for security and maintenance. This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools.
How we use it
We use your message and contact details only to read and reply to your enquiry and to follow up on it. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a mailing list.
Where it is stored and who can see it
Messages are stored in this website’s database (WordPress, using the Fluent Forms plugin), and a copy is emailed to info@maqsood-afm.com. Only the website’s administrators and the people who manage that inbox can read them. Our web hosting and email providers process this information on our behalf, to run the website and deliver email.
How long we keep it
We keep messages only for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any follow-up. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.
Cookies and browser storage
This website does not set cookies for visitors. To make page transitions smooth, it keeps one temporary value in your browser’s session storage; it is cleared when you close the tab and is never sent to us. Site administrators who log in to WordPress receive the cookies WordPress needs for that.
Links to other websites
This site links to other websites — including Instagram, X, YouTube, Facebook, Google Maps, AFM Holding and the venture and press websites. Nothing from those services loads until you follow a link, and once you leave this site their own privacy policies apply. The videos on this site are hosted here too, so playing them doesn’t involve any other service.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information you have sent us, or ask how it is used, by emailing info@maqsood-afm.com.
Changes to this policy
If the way this website handles personal information changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
